GameIt.me turns documents you upload into interactive trainings and flashcards to help you learn what those documents say.
What GameIt.me is not — important
GameIt.me does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. It is an educational tool that helps you study the content of your own documents. Generated summaries, takeaways, questions, and flashcards are learning aids, not professional interpretations. For decisions that matter, consult the original document and a qualified professional.
AI-generated content
GameIt.me uses artificial intelligence to generate learning content from your documents. AI can make mistakes: generated content may contain errors, omissions, or simplifications. Always verify important details against your original document.
Your account
You sign in with your email via magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity on your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service: to process your documents (including with the AI providers that power the platform), store the results, and display them to you. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload — don't upload documents you're not permitted to possess or process, and don't upload content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.
Free trainings
Every account currently includes 3 free trainings, each from a document up to roughly 30 pages, with unlimited play and study of everything you create — free trainings never stop working. Free allowances may change over time; changes won't remove your access to trainings you've already created.
Training credits
Beyond the free allowance, creating trainings uses credits, sold in packs with pricing shown at purchase. Credits are proportional to document size: one credit covers up to roughly 30 pages, and longer documents use one additional credit per additional ~30 pages (so a ~45-page document uses 2 credits, a ~75-page document uses 3). Whenever a document uses more than one credit, you'll be shown the exact number and asked to confirm before anything is charged. Roughly 120 pages (4 credits) is the maximum for a single training; longer material can be uploaded as separate documents.
Credits never expire. They're tied to your account and aren't transferable or redeemable for cash. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We may change pack prices or contents in the future — changes only apply to new purchases and never affect credits you already own.
Failed generations and refunds
If a training fails before substantive processing begins, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If a training fails partway through after significant processing, contact support@gameit.me and we'll review it and re-credit you where that's fair. Credits spent on successfully created trainings aren't refundable — you keep the training instead, permanently playable and studyable. Credit purchases are final: unused credit balances are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Because credits never expire, your full balance remains usable at any time. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Fair use of credits
Each credit includes a generous processing allowance sized to its document tier, comfortably covering normal use including retries. Systematic attempts to extract more processing than a credit covers, to circumvent credit charges or limits, or to resell access to the service may result in refused processing or account suspension.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to circumvent free-tier limits or credit charges, probe or disrupt the systems, scrape other users' data, or use the service to generate content for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameIt.me and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service anytime and request account deletion per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here with an updated effective date; continued use after changes means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
