What GameIt.me is not — important
GameIt.me does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. It is an educational tool that helps you study the content of your own documents. Generated summaries, takeaways, questions, and flashcards are learning aids, not professional interpretations. For decisions that matter, consult the original document and a qualified professional.
AI-generated content
GameIt.me uses artificial intelligence to generate learning content from your documents. AI can make mistakes: generated content may contain errors, omissions, or simplifications. Always verify important details against your original document.
Your account
You sign in with your email via magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity on your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service: to process your documents (including with the AI providers that power the platform), store the results, and display them to you. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload — don't upload documents you're not permitted to possess or process, and don't upload content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.
Free plan and paid plans
The free plan currently includes 3 trainings per account with documents up to roughly 30 pages, with unlimited play and study of what you create. Plan limits and features may change; changes won't remove your access to trainings you've already created. Paid plans, when offered, will have their pricing and terms presented at purchase.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to circumvent plan limits, probe or disrupt the systems, scrape other users' data, or use the service to generate content for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameIt.me and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, on the free plan, is zero).
Termination
You can stop using the service anytime and request account deletion per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here with an updated effective date; continued use after changes means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
